This website was created as a courtesy to our customers whom have already shopped with us at the bead shows and know our products. We are a small mom & pop shop with no desire to be anything but that. We manufacture the majority of what we sell and therefore are not equipped to handle what a large online distributor can. Because of this returns are strongly discouraged.

We stand behind the quality of our products 100% so if you happen to receive an item with a defect just send us a very clear photo of the defect and we will be happy to replace the item free of charge. Please remember many of our items are handmade and will have slight variations in nature.

If you find that it is necessary to return an item the following will apply;

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by emailing [email protected]

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

All merchandise must be returned in New Condition. Altered or used items will not be refunded.

Original prices will be refunded in the form of payment received less a 25% restocking fee.

We will not refund any shipping charges for returned items.

All sales are final for custom or large quantity special pricing orders.

When The Lipstick Ranch is away at a bead show orders are not shipped. We will post the days we are away at shows and not shipping on the home page. When you check out on our website your credit card is automatically billed. If you do not want this,than make sure you are a registered customer and that you are logged in. Do your shopping and save your cart. When we are back from our bead show log back in and complete the check out process. This way you will not be charged for an order that will not ship until our return.
